 Captain Dewayne F. Guillory, passed away on Sunday May 18, 2008 at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center following a brief illness. Born in Houston on September 3, 1972 to Wilrey Guillory and Irene Chantlin Guillory, Dwayne proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1991 to 1995. Following his military duty, he joined the Houston Fire Department where he rapidly rose to the rank of Captain. Besides his parents, Capt. Guillory is survived by his wife Rachelle Guillory; daughters Sasha LeBlanc and her husband Rodgers and grandson Anthony; and Rayne Guillory; a brother Mark Guillory and his wife Valerie; and his godchild Mathew Guillory and niece Gabriella Guillory. Friends may call on Friday evening at San Jacinto Funeral Home, 14659 East Fwy. From 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. The Rosary will be recited at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 12606 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Barrett Station, TX, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Alphonsus Enelichi, M.S.P., Celebrant. The Rite of Committal will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park with honors from both the Houston Fire Department and the U.S. Marines Corps.
